What factors affect the quality of transmission gears?

Gears are important basic components for various mechanical products to transmit power or movement. Assuming that its quality is affected, it will not only affect the normal use of the gears, but also cause the mechanical products to not function properly. There are three main factors that affect the quality of transmission gears. Let's take a look:

1. Gear wrenching is mainly due to overload and poor gear design strength, there may be foreign objects entering the gearbox to form a gear wrench. Most foreign bodies entering the gearbox are formed by human causes.

2. The main reason for gear pitting and tooth surface wear is poor tooth surface lubrication, resulting in tooth surface pitting or wear. When the oil quality is good, boundary lubrication is simply formed between the tooth surfaces. In the case of boundary friction, there will be a film with a different properties from the medium at the friction interface. When the oil quality is poor, boundary lubrication cannot be formed. There are more bonding points of the metal on the resistance surface, which makes the resistance coefficient higher, increases wear, and forms a transmission gear failure.

3. The shaping and deformation of the gear surface mainly occurs on the linkage gear of the belt machine. There are two main reasons: First, the gearbox gears bear a large load. When the slope of the belt operation is large, the tooth surface is often severely shaped; Second, the hardness of the tooth surface is relatively low during manufacturing.
